Toad in the Hole
(Enough for 50 servings)
510g / 12 oz margarine
1700 g / 60 oz plain flour
Pinch of sea salt
12 tsp baking powder
3 ½ litres soya milk
3kg/6 ½ lb vegan sausages
1.Melt margarine.
2.In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, melted margarine and soya milk.
3.Place the sausages in three greased Kebele trays. 4.Pour the batter over them.
5. Bake at 245F/224C for about 30 minutes, then at 350F/180C for a further 30 minutes.
