Este viernes al centro social Kebele, empezando a las 7pm: ‘Libres – una noche de historias de Espana y canciones de la Resistencia’ (canciones en espanol, historias en ingles) // This Friday at Kebele social centre from 7pm: ‘Libres – an evening of Spanish stories and songs of Resistance’ (songs in Spanish, stories in English).

We are delighted to welcome Pilar Lopez and her ‘Libres Project‘ to Kebele on Friday, 13 November. Doors will open at 7pm for the event, and there is a charge of £5…OR…whatever you can afford, but do come early to avoid disappointment! On Sunday 15th November Pilar will return, not for another performance (sorry!), but for a participatory workshop entitled ‘Voices & stories of Resistance’ from 1 to 5pm. This will be ‘A space for sharing those empowering stories we hold dear, for telling our truth and renewing our vitality and courage to act in the world.’ This workshop draws from Joanna Macy and Starhawk’s material and Pilar’s own experiences with the Libres project – ‘When we connect to our truth our actions are born from our freedom!’ Ideally you would book in for this workshop – see the image below ok!
