 share tips and help each other install secure apps &amp\; plugins.As well 
 as explore &amp\; put into place some better digital security practices to
  try and make us all a safer and a little less leaky with our data.\n\nThi
 s is part of building more resilience in our communities and reducing our 
 reliance on the state and big corporations.\n\nThis is an open\, inclusive
  event suitable for anyone new to or comfortable with digital security.\n\
 nThere is no set program but some topics we might look at include:\n– Ge
 neral Security Culture &amp\; Threat Models\n– VPN’s &amp\; TOR\n– F
 droid\, Aurorastore and other useful apps &amp\; plugins\n- Alternative so
 cial media to Meta &amp\; X\n– Alternative tools to google &amp\; micros
 oft\n– Password managers\n– Setting up Tails OS on a USB stick\n– Ha
 ving a look at GrapheneOS on a Google Pixel\n– Whatever else people brin
 g and want to explore\n\nFree or make a donation to BASE for the room book
