BASE Arts Collective

BASE Arts Collective started in late 2022. Taking on the Arts and Resources Room upstairs at BASE, we set down our task to make BASE an artists’ space again!

What is the Arts and Resources Room? It’s our maker-space, full of materials and past artworks, banners and placards.

Currently we contribute to BASE through ad-hoc skill-shares, art-making for prisoners, Arts and Resources Room organising and film nights.

We’re hoping to make these regular in 2023.

And who are we? We’re an eclectic group. Drawers, writers, sewers, singers.

If you’d like get involved or you’re a person/group wanting to host an event or workshop at BASE with the help of the Arts Collective, our email is: baseartscollective@riseup.net
